Insights
What do Insights tell me about my search?
You are searching as your Digital Health Software Engineer profile. You have applied to three roles: one reached a technical interview and one was rejected. Before sending more, you want to know how your applications are doing and which job sources are worth your time. Insights counts what has happened in your own history. It makes no predictions.

Applications

| Figure | What it counts |
|---|---|
| tracked | Every application on the profile, whatever its status |
| applied | Applications that reached Applied |
| response rate | Applied applications that later moved to any other status, including Rejected |
| interview rate | Applied applications that reached an assessment, any interview or an offer |
| technical interviews | Applications that reached Technical interview |
| offers | Applications that reached Offer |
| average days to a response | Days from applying to the first status change after it, for applications that had one |
An application counts towards a stage if it ever reached it, so a rejection after an interview still counts as an interview. Hover over response rate or interview rate to see its definition. A dash means there is nothing to divide by yet.
Below the figures, charts break your applications down By country, By employer, By role, By domain, By source and By CV, with the top 15 in each. Rejection reasons counts the reasons you record on applications. By CV needs the CV recorded on each application.
Searching
The Searching section looks at the open jobs matched to the profile.

| Panel | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Saved searches | Jobs each saved search finds, and how many fit the profile strongly |
| Countries | Matched open jobs per country, and how many are a strong fit |
| Sources | Where matched jobs come from, and how many arrive without a country or description |
| Employers that keep appearing | Employers with more than one strong-fit job |
| Requirements you most often miss | Gaps that recur across matched jobs |
| Skills asked most in strong-fit jobs | Skills and technologies those jobs name most |
| Jobs listed on more than one source | The same job found in several places |
A Strong fit job is one ranked in the upper part of the profile's matches, using the weights in its preferences. A source with many jobs but no strong fits, or many incomplete jobs, is one to look at less often.
Use Requirements you most often miss to choose what to add to your profile, or what to learn next.
