Refunds
What is the refund policy, and who is the merchant of record?
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for every subscription. It sells the subscription to you, takes payment, issues invoices, collects and remits any taxes, and processes refunds with a credit note. Card details go to Dodo Payments; we never see your full card number.

| Two-week pass, within 48 hours of your first payment | In full |
| After that | Not refunded for the part of a period left. Cancel at any time and keep your plan until the period ends |
Ask for a refund
Email support@bytefount.com with your workspace name.
To stop future charges yourself, open Plan & billing and select Cancel plan.
Refunds go back to the payment method that was charged, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. If a charge looks wrong, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank.
